I often pass by this plant several times a week since it lies along one of my main routes in and out of the neighborhood. What amazes me is that since early spring, it has consistently produced flowers, with plenty of buds still waiting to bloom. These are Hollyhocks, and while I've seen various colors in other parts of the neighborhood, this red one always makes me stop and admire it when the lighting is just right. Enjoy!
