Despite the encroaching winter, I'm still finding roses on my neighborhood walks. While many bushes are now bare, with only empty stems remaining, I occasionally stumble upon a late bloomer like this one. The stems remain vibrant, and promising buds are visible, but the flowers themselves are tightly closed, likely needing more sun to fully open. Each time I see one, I'm compelled to stop and admire it. A rose blooming so late in the season symbolizes strength, resilience, and the ability to thrive against the odds. These tenacious blooms serve as a powerful reminder that beauty and hope can emerge even in the bleakest of times.  Enjoy!
