During my recent volunteer work rebuilding homes north of Spokane, I came across this charming flower, known as Galanthus or Snowdrop, which felt like an apt discovery given the lingering winter. I spent hours trekking around Deer Lake, searching for plants in bloom, but the cold weather had delayed spring's arrival compared to Seattle. This delicate Snowdrop was the sole reward of my journey—a small but uplifting glimpse of nature’s resilience. Enjoy!
