Salmon Berry
During my recent forest travels in Desolation Sound near Campbell River, BC, I stumbled upon a Salmon Berry illuminated by the sun. Its translucent appearance made it seem as though a miniature light bulb was nestled inside. It was one of those moments when Mother Nature truly flaunted her creativity. Interestingly, Salmon berries are not only beautiful but also edible. And here’s a fun fact: if you spot an abundance of ripe berries while in a remote forest , keep an eye out for bears—they enjoy them too! 🌿🐻🍓 Enjoy!
