On a recent stroll through my neighborhood, I was captivated by a tight cluster of pink flowers set against a dark background. It was the perfect excuse to pause and admire their beauty. The delicate knot of flowers, with their lovely pink hue, are known as Escallonia exoniensis fradesii, or ‘Pink Princess’. They look like a natural bouquet, just waiting to be picked. Enjoy!
