Amethyst Sea Holly
When I encountered this sight during a recent walk in the neighborhood, I was perplexed. The vibrant purple color seemed out of place and didn’t align with my expectations. It resembled a Thistle, but the transformation from its usual green hue to this deep purple shade puzzled me. Curiosity led me to research, and I discovered that it is an Amethyst Sea Holly. Although unfamiliar to me, it turns out that this striking plant is not uncommon. Enjoy!
