A familiar companion on my neighborhood strolls is the zinnia. But today what I saw graced me with a twist or more like a botanical secret, whispered only to those who pause and truly look.
Behold what I am calling the “Two-Tier Zinnia.” Its petals, gather in rows, like a well-choreographed ensemble, each vying for the spotlight. And at the heart of it all what looks like a hay stack, It’s as if the flower decided, “Why settle for one layer when you can have two?”
In this floral symphony, the usual rules bow out gracefully. Petals defy convention, and the center stage belongs to that magnificent stack. It’s the kind of zinnia that makes you tilt your head, squint your eyes, and wonder if Mother Nature herself decided to play dress-up.
So here’s to the unexpected, the Two-Tier Zinnia. May it continue to surprise us, petal by petal, row by row.  Enjoy!
